Hirshabelle was a rushed state. No one would have mind if everyone was honest with each other from the beginning. However, this wasn’t the case as beesha xawaadle was guaranteed to have the presidency if they gave up certain things (I.e Beledweyne being the capital, most amount of local mps) which they did. But that all changed when farmaajo rigged for Guudlawe to win the presidency so he could satisfy abgaals and not have them overwhelmingly against him in the next elections. Now the xawaadle community are left with nothing…………….. for now

We actually have a decree by Sheikh Sharif which is still in interior ministry office that needs to be given to the Parliament to vote on it.
