@Waxwaalan wait til you get pregnant. You'll balloon to 80 kilos after three kids in quick succession. I only recently went back to my pre pregnancy weight after my partner called me cuddly. I hate that word, it's a code word for obese.
Aniga I gained only 40 pounds but the baby was so fat. :damn:

Only 40 pounds aa? Isn't the norm 20-25? And babies are the cutest when they are chubby, the more rolls the more adorable, skinny babies look weird:ohlord:

That only works if you are really heavy to begin with, slimmer people(who lack muscle) tend to have a much lower bmr and so just eating low calories is not really enough or it's really hard so they need to eat a decent amount and burn calories at the same time.

That’s an unhealthy range. 30-50 is healthy, above that isn’t good. If you gain 60+ pounds and you’re not carrying more than one baby then you risk gestational diabetes and other issues.

also the metabolism will adjust itself by eating a low calorie diet. not eating enough food actually forces the body to canibalize muscle and hold on to fat. eating adequate amount of food rich in protein and complex carbs and doing cardio is the best way to lose weight.

What i mean is eat twice a day.It worked for me albeit i would eat around 1300 calories of healthy food a day.
