Turkey sees a weak government with no territorial control and they have their troops on the ground it changes the balance of power considerably. No point comparing to Djibouti.
Turkey is carving a protectorate piece by piece. They will keep inept HSM in power because that's in their best interests. They will have no interest in a competent government ever coming to power as they can keep getting more out of HSM. Anytime AS advance they demand another slice out of Somalia's resources and then they will eat it all. Like a kebab.

I don’t belive Egyptians Turks or UAE will send their sons to die in head on conflict in Somalia. They do advisory and training roles and try to make money where they can.
If oil is found it's not just a case of being ripped off. It's will lead to permenant low level of governance and never ending insurgency because it will benefit Turkey too much to keep the status quo. It is a trap and not a way to political independence, security, or prosperity.
