Latino / Hispanic has become the euphemism to refer to them. Kinda of cringe though, since it is so Eurocentric (referring to Spain and Italy).

An Argentine of Italian & German heritage would not want to share the same classification with a Mestizo from Brazil just because they share the same continent lmao.
