How come I am yo-yoing in weight?

So I was 200 pounds 10 days ago and I decided to skip dinner everyday and I am 190 pounds now.

What's going on? Dietitians come in and answer

You should exercise and drink plenty of water. And start eating healthy food. No more pizzas.
 
Bullshit. For every pound of fat there is 3500 calories. Meaning you lost 35,000 calories in the last 10 days? :comeon:.
In other words you lost 3500 calories each and every day? Even if you skipped dinner (around 500 calories) tell me your workout regiment for you to be losing 3000 calories. We could make a killing selling it to the masses.

Sounds like ur going into starvation mode or you just lost alot of water weight

@AbdiJohnson It is properly water and food weight. I sometimes see myself 1 kg less when I don't eat well,
when I feast on hilib and baasto the weight is back immediately. Very strange.
