How come I am yo-yoing in weight?

Weighing yourself before bed gives the most consistent results.

In the morning or during the day results can be off.

Keep eating food. We Somalis want to be represented in every tv channel. You're our only hope on this program.
 
You need to eat well and exercise consistently to keep the weight off. If you lose weight too fast by skipping meals you'll end up with loose skin. Just try to be consistent and get some supplements so your body doesn't go berserk. I heard losing weight is mostly from eating healthy. Just focus on what food you put in your mouth.
