I don’t think the average of SL is 10%, it’s much lower like 6-7%. I’ve seen Landers with low Arabian and I’ve seen Landers with high Arabian.
It makes for the Somalis in Kenya to get less Cushitic admixture due to been surrounded by other tribes
Somalis in Kenya excluding Daroods are Oromo-Borana admixed, making them less Cushitic and less West Eurasian than other Somalis. Darood Kenyans cluster with both Northern Somalis and others with Southern Somalis.
I’ve heard half of the ogadens in Kenya are assimilated wardey/oromo
Most Wardey were defeated and expelled during the Ogaden movement south into jubaland, nfd but some Ogaden sub clans took wives from them
The ones who were expelled were the Orma clan who were pushed southwards of Tana river,the wardey were fully assimilated to the Somali community most of them claim Somali Madaxweyne dir,if you call them Oromo they’ll get angry and correct you and say they are Somali.

I am not expert but i will assume 0.3% to be noise, that means your trace is always present, but with a well-prepared samples of good signal strength, it will be undetectable. But results can be more reliable if they are consistent across multiple dna companies like Gedmatch, vahaduo and illustrative. Check your gentic distances with illustrative, also check where you plot in the PCA plot graph.
