How do you build professional bonds/network with cadaan coworkers you have nothing in common with?

White people are the easiest people to talk to, especially if you live in liberal city. They are constantly looking to diversify their friend groups. You gotta just have quick small talk, only downside is they’ll come to you everyday after that.

When I was in college I was showing these caadans a whole new world just by being friends with them. One of my friends actually went to Somalia and filmed his visit on YouTube lol. He was sending me videos of him chilling at liido.

Let them yap about themselves and ask questions to keep it going. Works well with them particularly the cadaan posh ladies. You give them a smile and compliment their skin and you’ll be their favourite work person
