How do you guys motivate yourselves to lose weight

Right now I'm trying to be more disciplined to get thinner and lose a lot of weight. I was thin in the past so I know how good it feels to not be fat but I'm looking for extra motivation. What keeps you guys on the grind?

I'm not gonna lie this morning we had a bunch of donuts and pastries in the house. A farax had to use his willpower to not go on a munch (I didn't eat any) :drakelaugh:

I consider this my first step

I got weights as well so I can use those. Getting just thinner with no muscle looks awful on guys

Just start fasting
Drink water during the day and eat 1 meal between lunch and dinner this is the fastest way to loose weight
 
I eat a lot of protein (1.5g/kg +), and I rarely feel hungry. Eat high quality foods: high in fibre, protein, and certain fats.

Stay away from the ultra processed stuff.

examples of the meals you ate

Honestly, I would have granola, oat milk and protein powder in the morning.

Dinner would be suqaar and naan bread. After the gym, I’d buy a musclechef (reheatable gym meal in Aus) and have that before bed.

That actually occurs without any initial action (fasting I mean) motivation as a whole (when it comes to any activity) isnt very useful, consistency in contrast is more beneficial.
 
Whenever I’m in a rut, I use pre workout, that stuff will have you doing backflips looool. I legit can’t sit down, they done sprinkled crack in there. Do side lateral raises n hammer curls with the weights at home. You’ll see a lot of progress quick if you’re just starting out.
