Such a thing is possible and why would make a conversation process for something that is not a problem?

I didn’t say it’s a problem. Its natural (most of the time) and I don’t think gays should be stigmatized. Having said that, it’s still a biological anomaly and ruins the persons life (bullying and other trauma) and trying to correct this anomaly is a worthwhile thing to do. It certainly trumps “it gets better” and “be yourself” nonsense.
