How does this make sense

It doesn't make sense to me how all of the horn of africa are descended from eurasians paternally and proto nilotes maternally around 4000-5000 years ago when they have a population of around 140 million people. How is it possible to father that many people in a short amount of time, is it due to large numbers of migration waves? Also, What were proto nilotic men doing when their women were being taken by natufian invaders, did they get killed off?

Another thing is the same thing happens again on two different occasions where this time arabians come and father haplogroup T somalis around 2000 years ago and when a different group of arabians father ethio semites. Is it really that easy for arabians to populate somalis because apparently haplogroup T somalis all descend from 1 man and they are roughly 20% of the somali population.

I understand that some of these questions might not be answerable because of the lack of information during these periods.

Both E-Z827(E-M123 - E-M81 Berbers - Natufians) and E-M78( E-V12(E-V32) Egyptians/Somalis) descend from E-M215 which originates in the Horn, E-M78 looks to have split from E-Z827(which also fractured into two groups one going west and the other east to form E-M81(Berbers) and E-M123(Natufians), while E-M78 went back into Egpyt, the paternal Y is of African origin.

We have evidence of West Eurasian DNA coming into Africa in the Late Pleistocene(30,000 -15,000) which contributed via maternal ancestry, at this point Ibermaruisan would be estimated to be 40-50% Eurasian before the Neolithic, and then another wave came in during the Neolithic who mixed with Natufians in the levant, with various paternal and maternal haplogroups, this was accelerated by the drying of the Sahara as more groups went near the Nile, the highest concentration of E-M78 is found in upper Egypt near the border to Sudan or within the Coptics at 70%.

While Proto Cushites intermixed with our group with high amounts of ancestral East African, this brought our SSA back up, while those that remained back near the Nile got more west Eurasian, this happened about 7,000 -8,000 years ago indicated by language split and the introduction/domestication of Cattle in Egypt/Sudan.

E-M78 males migrated back into East Africa, intermarrying with groups carrying high levels of Ancestral East African ancestry, particularly around the Sudan region. Today, a significant portion of Nilotic populations carry E-M78, while some Cushitic groups still retain A and B haplogroups.

Somalis have remained largely unchanged over the past several thousand years, with a genetic makeup that is roughly 40% ancient Eurasian and 60% African. Due to the caste system and social structures, intermixing has been historically limited, contributing to a high level of genetic homogeneity.

During ancient times, hunter-gatherer populations, similar to the Hadza, likely inhabited the Horn of Africa, especially in the north, where abundant wild game made survival easier. These early populations were eventually absorbed or displaced by incoming agro pastoralist.
