I have no problem with Somaliland breaking away, if they full fill certain conditions:

- Hold a fair and inclusive referendum asking everyone living there if they want to secede.

- If more than 35% of the population votes No, than i am sorry.

- You take ur share of the debt we owe to the WB, IMF and other financial institutions.

- And few more i can't think of right now.

That reasonable except for the debt part.

I say make the whole country Somaliland with the capital in somaliland since they got their shit together until the south wise up.

Absolutely, if any debt was used to build infrastructure in Somaliland before 1991 then yes will pay but of course we have to take away how much of that infrastructure was destroyed by the SNA

Somaliland to take over all affairs relating to somalia as a whole. Restricted access into Somaliland until conditions improve in the south. Only then will we all improve as a whole.
I like that you think radically man.:nvjpqts:
Some of your fellow konfurians are very narrowminded but so are landers lol

It's politics nothing personal

It's personal for you. Politically it's in your interest to support the disintegration of Somalia but you can't get over the fact that at least one Faqash subclan is not under AMISOM subjugation. Don't be a hater sxb.

No the reason I can't accept Puntland independence is that it undermines Somaliland's claim which is legetimate. The international community would look at it as just a disintegration of Somalia(use it as excuse for not recognizing us) and not a breaking of the Union of 1960.Like I said earlier it's politics not personal.

How does it undermine Somaliland's claim? I thought you were going to mention the border dispute, but you mean something else so please explain.

What say does a koonfurian have in SL? Legally they have no right on us just as we have no right on them. We were both separate and decided to join one another as equals. It's something many koonfurians can't wrap their head around, maybe because they lack in what historically took place.

Breaking Koonfur into PL, JL, hawiye land, cadcad land, bantu land etc just undermines their own original somali state that joined with us, since none of these "lands" have a legal precedent to secede in the international world. That's why when SL & Somalia meet there's no PL, JL etc because somalia will forever legally represent them:lol:. As for us, inshallah when we go to international courts we will put this fiasco to rest and regain our independence
