Reading and writing chinese is a matter of memorization. You can actually learn chinese without ever learning what it sounds like. Very crazy huh??

I took Spanish, I didn't learn it though, barely. It was the only place I let myself/grades coast. They put so much emphasis on it, but despite the high Mexin/Latin population in the US, you don't really need to know it. Inglais es numero uno.

You live in the west coast right? Spanish is going to be the primary language there in the near future. You're gonna wish you paid attention in class.
