You can be outgoing and an introvert. I'm a pretty sociable guy but I get tired by too much social interaction and have to lock myself away from people for a day or two to recharge.

Introvert does not equal being shy or socially awkward. Some people just don't need as much social interaction by nature/genetics.

Introverts have higher IQs and are much more successful generally than extroverts, so it's not even a negative.

Introverts are more solitary and often find happiness within themselves. Often engaging in independent hobbies like reading. Whereas, extroverts look outwardly and as a result are more outgoing. I was really interested in this topic because I noticed this issue was gender specific in the Somali community. I found Somali men to be a lot more introverted and often more shy than the women. Hence why a lot of them play video games and tend to avoid socialising. I have no idea why a lot of Somali men are introverts and it’s unusual because men are more likely to be extroverts than women in other communities.

As for Mr Knowles, I’m a highly flamboyant man who commands the attention of every room I enter.

I would agree with you, most of the guys on here are probably introverts, myself included. However, that does not mean we are anti-social. I have many friends that I hang out with on occasion. At the end of the day though, I prefer to self-actualize and refine my talents. I really enjoy drawing, reading and exercising than attending parties and such things. When I go out with a group of people, I need to take like a weeks break to just focus on myself after.
