You have a strong metabolism in this caseThe worst part about it is that I do eat a lot and yes I'm lazy, so like where does all that energy go to?
I've just given up bulking for now and decided to postpone it for the future.

Big girls ain't girls ?You swing both ways?
pretty much thisBMI has some issues.
Especially it does not work for men who are muscular. They can get BMIs in the obese range while being muscular/athletic.
But I will concede it does work for most normal/non-athletic people.
Would you be considered tall or average in a south Sudanese household?6'5 and 87 kg
I want to get up to 95 kg
Would you be considered tall or average in a south Sudanese household?
I'm nothing special but I'm taller than the average South Sudanese guy; my brother is 6'7 and some of my cousins are 6'8 and up.
One of my sisters is literally the same height (6'2) as some of the guys that are on the shorter side.
