it’s all online sadly. In sha allah when it opens up I’ll try but usually it’s just going in class then going home so making freinds at college is pretty impossible for me

Trust me if you can’t make friends in college than you probably will never make friends. College is the easiest place to make friends... it’s almost inevitable. After college is where real the challenge begins. Join Muslim student association or African(Somali) student association. Also join clubs specific to your major or interests. Join study groups. Befriend classmates during class to exchange notes or whatever. After class suggest to go to coffeeshop or the library to study together. If you go to classes and straight home you’ll never make friends or experience college. I miss college, there’s no experience like it...enjoy it!

I only have one friend that I speak to in real life and that’s it But I noticed on socials like Twitter and Instagram I can never keep mutuals longer then 3 months the convo just dies or I won’t text people first same with in real life I can never approach people

yeah im american, and some coellege and high schools do dual enrollment so I went to both, college in america sucks tho lot of old people

don't worry, i've already planned out the courses i'll be taking per semester!!! i'm honestly so excited, high school just isn't for me and is way too repetitive. a lot of the kids are very immature and all i want is some peace and quiet T___T tysm for responding btw!! what courses did u take btw?

Good job for planning it out and Np Yeah they are you’ll feel like an adult but try to enjoy ur youth your only in hs once And I took the generals like English and math psychology, philosophy, medical terminology, microbiology, Spanish, nursing asistant, and others I think but I forgot. Also other healthcare classes. What do u plan on studying after hs

idk if you've seen my other posts on here but i've been in and out of psychiatric units for my self-harm and suicidal ideation for a while now ^ ^" i've been put on 3 different SSRI anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds but unfortunately for me, they don't work, it's like my brain wants me to die LOL
