.1) Immediate shutdown of halane by use of force followed by expulsion of all foreign bases. Expelling all EU/US/UAE. However I would allow China, Turkey, Russia, and align Somalia with BRICS nations. Right now Somalia doesn't exist it's simply a UN territory controlled by corrupt western aid groups that have their base in Halane. This has to be the number one priority moving forward.
2) Ban federalism. This was brought to us by the TPLF whether you want to accept that or not, and it is going to get us nowhere. Instead we can adopt a UK form of unitary system comprised of devolved states that has a governor which governs their state and not 'presidents.' It's honestly so stupid that this has been going on for so long.
3) Mass re-education. Somalia's population is 60% under 18 which is an excellent age for this we can easily undo years of tribalism and radicalization within a few years. This would be done by placing all schools and mosques under government control, putting a stronger emphasis on nationalism and suppressing any extremist ideas. These camps would also focus on developing the youth teaching them engineering, physics, and STEM technology placing less focus on religion.
4) Forced Integration. At some point we would have no choice but to integrate Somalia, seeing as the masses simply don't care about building greatness their only concern is trivial things such as comfort, sleep and their qabil being in a better position compared to others. When it comes to building great things, the masses have to be controlled by the minority that's how most civilizations where made great.
5) 10-year mass industrialization plan. Total nationalization of all Somali resources and mass extraction. We would prioritize oil extraction and steel production. Creating factories in every tuulo and forcing the population to work. We would begin manufacturing goods following a similar route China took.
