I am specifically talking about adeer, father's brother, why not just adeer. Adeerka means "your uncle" (paternally).

Yes, I do know the difference btwn Ka masculine vs Ta feminine, just like names Ismaciilow versus Ismahaanay. We use "ow" for males and "ay" for females names.
