There are now more accusations against the government. According to him they have breached the terms of the 1 billion dollar debt relief.

I havn't seen any responses to his other extremely serious accusations. As far as I know all they have done is illegally try to vacate his seat.

Undisclosed Economic Agreements with China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the UAE o Somalia has signed economic partnership agreements with China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the UAE without notifying the U.S. government or the Paris Club, as required by Article IV, Section 3 of the debt relief agreement. o Villa Somalia, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of Somalia, and the National Economic Council failed to share copies of these agreements with any U.S. agencies responsible for monitoring Somalia’s financial commitments. o This is a clear breach of Somalia’s obligation to provide updates every six months on external creditor agreements. 2. Granting More Favorable Treatment to Other Creditors o Article IV, Section 2 prohibits Somalia from giving preferential treatment to any external creditor over the U.S. o The Somali government has granted China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the UAE exclusive access to oil, gas, fisheries, and infrastructure projects, privileges that were not offered to U.S. entities - a direct violation of the agreement.
