Originally the plan laid out to HSM was to give HG gudoomiya kuxigeen of Ceelbuur and also able to keep our macawiisley and ciidaan based in Ceelbuur similar to Barawe and Marka.

This however was changed after a lot of lobbying from Murusade and Duduble. Hence why there’s been another attempt to liberate Ceelbuur from Abgaal’s side with regular SNA.

I hope HSM succeeds but a lot of horse trading is going on. If HG refuse to join the op this will be a failure imo.

Shabaab will be able to operate in warxoolo and siege Wabxo. They’ll be able to operate in countryside of Cayr and Saleeban in between xarardheere - Galhareeri - Qaayib area. Picking off the SNA one brigade at a time similar to Coosweyne.

SNA will not have enough troops to cover that much land without any macawiisley. And Shabaab won’t have to worry about 80% of their front which is HG from Warxoolo just outside Wabxo to Xarardheere.

Macawiisley haven’t even been used in this op which is why it’s failing. SNA aren’t enough and they don’t know the territory.

Also if Cayr settle in Ceelbuur all the way to Dhusamareb, that land will become defendable for SNA.

The problem SNA have is that the population there evacuate leaving them without any supply route or population to help them repel Shabaab

No offence but what’s in the benefit of the average HG. Businessman politician or shacab to liberate Ceelbuur.

Currently we get all the IC funds to be spent in Guriceel to Galkayo and nothing in the east. We also get to handpick the eastern galgaduud politicians.

The only reason to help is if we move east and settle our population there.
