At the area around Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan where Russia lifts off from. It's barren for miles.

Somalis are still in early stage development where grazing land is key and people fight over the little arable land there is.

Prioritise are all wrong you don't start construction of a building from roof first

There aren't going to be a lot of rocket launches anyways, see Kenya for example. Any form of revenue and money is welcome for Somalia so I don't get the disapproval.
