Who in Somalia is more qualified than an MBA and PhD in Business, ex African Development Bank official and professor.

Very qualified although we were falling behind on reforms and politics was getting in the way. Economy also suffered (went from 5% growth to 3%) and we became more aid dependent.
Didn’t help Shabaab we’re expanding under the last regime therefore was a drain on finances and economic growth.
Im not disagreeing with you, qualifications aren’t everything in our context.
I just find it dumb that he thinks there was someone more qualified.
