A central bank that issues Polymer Banknotes are the way forward in the short term. Long term, Crypto currencies require a savvy central bank that can develop a nationwide campaign to teach people why they should adopt it. The risk comes from international hackers that defraud the Somali crypto exchange and within minutes the market would get into a shambles.
