I am and have always been against Somaliland

The majority votes for the president. Guess who's the majority? By that rule the elections are already rigged and are set in stone because the majority will only vote for a majority president.

The elections are not rigged. But, the political parties in Somaliland is based on qabil constituencies. For instance, in Gabiley which is home to sacad muuse and Samaroon. there would be a strong turnout for kulmiye. in addition, the same could be said in Caynaba, east burco or eastern saaxil where habar jeclo live.

wadani is largely a habar yoonis/ garhajix party which is popular in saanag, togdheer and eastern and southern hargeysa.

ucid is an ciidgalle party. but, it is very diverse which is the most preferred in my opinion.

A diversified presidency and vice presidency could exist if the parties are not qabil centred. But, rather ideologically politically advanced in regards to rejecting qabil based oriented identity politics and work for the people . such as , building roads, hospitals and other genuine concerns that many people share regardless of clan affiliation from Galbeed to Bari Somaliland.

Somaliland will truly become more advanced than Somalia if you landers apply that criteria. I hope I don't come of as too critical I just wanted to know the dynamics within SL.:nvjpqts:
