And it’s literally a personality thing. At my last job I even had an older cadaan manager that would start winking at me calling me darling, sweetie etc like he was married too wtf. Ironically the more chill cadaans that don’t really do this to me are Eastern Europeans (Serbian, Polish etc, they will just give compliments and be on their way) the worst offenders (from my small sample size of 2) yall not gonna believe this? German Canadians the two German mfs that have tried to hit me up were the most overconfident mfs due to their race ever like both tried to make their heritage a talking point… It’s not even like they speak German or mention German culture, food etc, just their ancestry/race like hello?????

Yeah, they've seriously got to understand that their "banter" isn't universal: their practical jokes will get you a little miffed, even though it's almost invariably just their version of fun.
