You probably won't take my advice but I really suggest not internalizing your family history. Everything your parents have done to you will be of their own destruction. Trust me, both your parents do not feel good about themselves. Don't let that affect you.

You're a young man with a future ahead of you, leave your toxic family behind (at least mentally if you cannot financially afford to physically) and focus on your future.

Years down the line when you aren't so hurt maybe you can forgive your mother/father and maybe she'll have changed. Just be open minded about that.
