However, I think it is absolutely immature and disrespectful when someone ghosts someone they have been talking to, and seeing for some time. Its cruel and cowardly.

Look i've ghosted on people before. I'm not proud of it, but usually i've only known them for like 2-4 weeks.

If I had been seeing them for some time, like 3 months + I had enough decency to message them or call them and tell them, how I think we are not suited and then wish them the best.

Lets be real Knowles, if the shoe was on the other foot, and a guy you really liked and you were speaking to everyday for 3 months+ ghosted, you would be devastated.

I don't care if it is awkward, It has to be done. Believe me though, its very awkward, especially phone convos.

I just hate the idea of someone I once cared enough about to message and see all the time, feel confused and emotionally devastated. Ghosting is more painful than someone being honest and brave enough to tell you that they don't see a future with you.

Like, I find it shocking when people are ghosting men/women they have been in relationships with for more than 6 months. That is total madness. No wonder a lot of millenials have anxiety when it comes to relationships.

Question though. If you were in a relationship with a guy for some time, like near enough a year, would you prefer it if he ghosted or if he told you how he felt?
