I don’t understand - dna

I did a MyHeritage dna test & my results came as 70% Somali but the Somali includes “Somalia and Yemen” . What does this mean? And is it it accurate ?

MyHeritage is a waste of money, take 23andme, its very reliable for somalis excluding Cadcads which it gives high ethio(due to confusion regarding cushite/arab admixture).
