The best way to integrate to bring back the east of the country is too develop those border areas and improve quality of life so people on the other side see and will request if themselves. After an open invitation is given.

But recongition carries risks for the first country so really they have to have interest in Somaliland more than others. You saw how they went at Ethiopia for putting forward the idea. Plus they have to use their connections to get SL more recongition. It's a lot of effort for a country that wants to remain neutral.

Whatever HSM and Abiye signed had nothing to do with the MoU despite what they claim.

It's the same sentence about "respecting territory" they did this after DPW with UAE & Ethiopia and all the Somalia supporters came out celebrating that DPW in Berbera was cancelled.

The only thing Somalia can do to Somaliland is release statement that has no effect.
