I applied for a job that I wasn’t even qualified for with fake cv. I’m actually content with my job. So I had nothing to lose. Anyway they liked the cv and offered me interview online. My stupid ass is confident now and didn’t prepare anything

I do the interview and are asked basic stuff about my job and times I solved problems. I start to stutter through the interview lol. Turns out it’s much harder to tell a lie in a convincing way when you are being judged and analysed. At the end I was repeating myself and sweating

Fake it until you make it, I have finessed interviews where they talk tech stacks I am unfamiliar with. 90% of the time its something you can pick up on, as long as you aren't a complete fraud on the basics

You have to add some sugar to your cv usually is to get the first step in new sector. But I’m gonna have to study how to bullsh1t my way. The ability to say a lot without saying much is one of the most important abilities to have

I did an online interview which I completely flopped. I looked at the camera and started talking about my Somali identity and how that drives me to improve.

Let’s say I know a guy who applied for a city infrastructure project. The guy also didn’t know a shilling of English and had 4 kids already. The city was also trying to get more diversity within it. This guy finessed his way through the interview and got weeks worth of pay without getting caught. If they didn’t catch him he probably would’ve killed a bunch of people.
