I don’t think it’s hard to be middle class in the UK infact it’s pretty easy. You go to a good university, get into a grad scheme, and then marry someone else who has done the same, which will put you in the middle class.

Nursing salary is trash, junior doctors make £14 an hour which is about $17 in the US. Cost of living is insane, home ownership is practically impossible unless you’re a MULTI millionaire. Housing market is cooked beyond repair. Electricity gas transport even driving is so expensive like I’d wanna say this is cuz of Covid inflation and the invasion of Ukraine but UK fell off starting in the 2010s. I’m tryna figure out how I can migrate to the US cuz this country is truly gaajo. EDL, hating ass madows, somali community is barely existent, shitty pay, stabbings, can’t even call this surviving tbh people going cold not being able to heat their homes
