This reminds me I use to take somali language/cultural classes when I was in primary school and ngl I think it was heavely skewed to reer kunfuur culture:mjkkk:
I was taught soomaaliyeey toosoo was the only national anthem, their national dress and their food lmaoo

I'd come home using differently words and everything... My parents were like ???? :icon lol:

spending too much time on somali forums has created a false paradigm in your mind, in real life there is none of this north/south differentiation you meet another somali on the street you know damn well its the same to you regardless of who's from where

The first time I went to my friend's house who was from Mogadishu I was shocked at how different the culture was from what I known. I thought we were all the same.

My friend said the same when he came to my place. :icon lol:
