Start having apple cider vinegar twice a day, it will stop the cravings, there is only two reasons why you would crave food this bad.

1. Nutrient deficiency.
2. Candida infestation.

To cover the first get blood work done, most common deficiencies are Vitamin D, Magnesium and Iron that lead to cravings (magnesium cannot be measured)

Get a high dose of Vitamin D, an Iron Spray (easier on stomach), and Magnesium Glycinate tablet you take at night, and just eat high nutrient dense food (avocado, cocoa etc)

The Candida thats were apple cider vinegar will help but to super boost it, raw honey and Garlic (order Allicin Max from Amazon by far the best) will flush it out of your system at warp speed.
 
Try to fast some days during the or eat less food, this might help, also calculate how much calories you need pr.day and try to have a limit lower than that a couple of days pr. week, to substitute for this your body will burn all the Fat you've stored and that way over time you'll lose weight.. Another thing you can add is having long walks and if possible over time run.. I think this will help you reduce your weight.
