I need tips on how to decrease aunt flo's pain

Guys I get really painful aunt flo every month. I need to know tips on how I can decrease the pain besides tylenol.

I read somewhere that a good diet helps a lot. Cutting out sugar etc.

Also, make sure you don't have fibroids, get checked out sis.
