I remember midwestern america to addis was like 15 or 16 hours 1 flight. Not for the weak

Idk how I survived that as a ciyaal. Last flight I took a couple years back was 5 hours and I wanted to kms. I don't think I can do it ever again.

Inshallah once I graduate I want to go back to galbeed. But I also want to go to the places my parents went to so I will go to SL and Xamar to name a few. My Aabo always speaks of how he stayed in Xamar for schooling so I want to see it one time in my life especially the old market. But the tickets are like 2k or more its crazy.

I went again this summer but took a different route. O'hare to Paris (8 h), Paris to Nairobi (8 hrs). Then we bought cheap tickets in Eastleigh after staying for a few days and flew to Xamar (2 hrs 30 min). It felt nice taking little intervals.
