It's stupid move by Bixi wanting to create a distraction in SL politics with his opening up political association in order to stay two years in office like how is ina carte able to travel since he doesn't have any foreign passport except the diplomatic Somalia's passport which btw he used to travel to Hargeysa several times in last 2 years when Bixi pardoned him.

I can't imagine an office in SL that distributes Somalia passports since that defeats the logic of being independent
