Yh their culture certainly dont help, but lets not act like Jim crow and segregation wasnt just a couple of decades ago, we cant just expect people to turn around after they have been treated like shit for centuries.
A lot of those white people who lived in the jim crow era still live to this day and work, racism isnt gonna go away in one generation and definitely not systemic racism.
