This is my question to whose couples who split 50.50 for shit. there r some benefits but the cons far out way the pros.
It negates the purpose of starting a family in the first place. What would happen if the woman becomes pregnant? Is she going to live all by herself? Where are the children going to placed? Who takes the responsibility of taking care of children? How would a child feel growing up in two different households? etc.
A better alternative is to have one parent, perhaps maybe the father (since he's much more active), to work a night shift. One of my closest relatives did this, and it actually worked quite effectively. The mother would go out and work in the morning, and the father would take the children to school, cook breakfast for them, do cleaning, etc. When she returns in the afternoon, the father would go to work, while the mother stays at home with the children.
Though this may be tough, I prefer this method to performed if both spouses choose to work.
