I use a knife and fork but I leave so much on the bone because of it, therefore I order twice as much as I'd eat with my hands to compensate.

But I like to clean it up

I was the kid in school who used fork and knife to eat my pizza or burger, and I used fork for my fries. I don't use my hands in restaurants. I always ask utensils. I even use utensils at home.
