I don't think there is any oil in eastern Togdheer that is why everyone is obsessed with Oodweyne/Western Togdheer .

I would personally recommend this for the pipeline though. Instead of going around
Djibouti. Just a little curve will do. From Daroor to Awbarre/K5 to Awdal and
then Djibouti is the shortest distance and safe territory for the future pipeline.

It's definitely in saraar, but oodweyne most likely has the most since oil seeps are visible.

We can't be sure of nothing. It is speculated that areas that are on the Nugal valley (including
my town Bohol) sit on oil rich areas but that is all they are just speculations.
