To let rich and safe nations teach poor nations how to run a country, so that more than the half of the wold doesn't have to suffer any longer.

With all do respect there wouldn't be any rich countries maybe a select self sufficient one's even then majority of human has been driven by rich countries plundering the poorer one's to increase there wealth. But I dream nevertheless that's capitalism for you at work.

For me it would be being able to know whether someone is chaste or not like a change in color, could solve so many societal issues. Decline in promiscuity, decline in STD'S, healthier and more positive relationships etc.
