1. I would go to the Cretaceous and tame some Dinosaurs with Technology!
2. Bring them to Medieval Somalia, and introduce them to be tamed by Somalis!
3. Rule over those Somalis with technology, and also arm them with AKs and Katanas!
4. Embark on a Conquest in Africa conquering the entire continent, and stopping the Bantu expansion!
5. Make the Cushtites the majority on the continent and Muslim of course!
6. Conquer the Indian Ocean and Colonize India, China, Korea, Japan and South East Asia!
7. Somalilize the Colonial Subjects and make them Muslim, so that some would even claim ancestry from Somalis as an honour!

The Samaale Caliphate created! lol

I wouldn't do that. The world would be boring without the unique Asian cultures still in tact. Also, it would be very difficult since they are densely populated areas with relatively advanced bureaucracies.

Instead I would mess with the American Indians and Australian Aborigines. Those two groups are super easy to conquer and steal their land from.

One big problem with conquering the Americas is the laangaabnimo of Somalis. Perhaps I'd also use Oromos and Amharas as foot soldiers and a labour force and make it a pan-Cushite empire, lol.

Who said anything about wiping out the Local culture? History is full of Conquerors adopting/cherry picking good parts of the conquered people's culture, it happened with the Mongols, Ottomans, British, etc. And also about conquering, it didn't make any difference when you have the superior technology right? Just like the Opium Wars! lol

I don't want to go back in time to change anything but I wouldn't mind going back in time to experience something. For instance, a day or two in pre civil war Somalia would be ideal.
