it was neglected by all previous govts . it's one of the least developed states. lkn locals are doing thier best badhan 4 times what it was . electricity and telecommunication are installed.

Gedo and Bakool neither have paved roads.

Sanaag does have a paved road connecting its western parts to central part (Ceerigaabo) It will also be extended to the coast (Maydh).

From Garowe to Galcayo, the roads where constructed by the Chinese but now have potholes. If you have a Land Cruiser then that won't be a problem.
