I’m pretty sure you need a work visa and then you can work there. Afterwards you can sign up for permanent residency.
Once you get your permanent residency you don’t have to worry about much. Getting a citizenship is so easy as a permanent resident all you need is to know english and basic canadian knowledge.
It depends on which country you’re coming from, we currently have a liberal government and Canada is always looking for immigrants. So you have a pretty good chance coming to Canada.
I would recommend you go back in education and dedicate your time in to getting your Highschool grades first walaal. Its the foundation and requirement of a lot jobs nowadays, having basic maths and English skills.
Once complete maybe you can do an apprenticeship of sorts. Where you work for a company in your chosen field and they train you up. Some of these can even lead to the company deciding to pay for your degree in future. I've met some people who now are in some of the highest positions from doing apprenticeships.

People like you make it easier for the smart minorites to get into good schools due to URM status. Maybe this can be a motivating factor: other people’s chances of success depends on your failure.
You’re still young so you have time to change. Also you need to pray. If you can’t allocate 25 mins a day to Allah, you’re gonna go nowhere in life. I promise. I know cases upon cases where book smart and capable people fail in life because they never prayed.

It's because of the coronavirus situation there's lots of competition on the job market even for unskilled jobs.
A bit more then a year
Switzerland minimum wage is very high so I guess thats why they demanding so high
