Why move to a Western society in which class/caste stratification isn’t rigid and try to recreate all the things that have led to the decline of your previous society? Lower caste Indians should never entertain this. They’re in North America, the land of opportunities in which their employer couldn’t care less what type of Indian they are, since they’re all the same to him/her. They should capitalize on their new found freedoms and make as much money as possible and leave the community of upper cast Indians in the dust.

As for Indian employers trying to bring that to North America, they need to be sued. Lower cast Indians need to band together and sue any Indian trying to bring that to the work place and Canada needs to be tough on Third world backward nonsense that has no place in an egalitarian society.

Honestly there probably not even trying to bring it . But the reality is that when a large enough of group of people migrate to a new country they bring their culture with them. When you have a large amount of somalis coming all at once you have qabyaalad. With a large amount of Indians coming you have the cast system replicated. It happens subconsciously.
