Indonesia and Vietnam have way to many stray dogs. In Malaysia they quarentined the country in 5 years by hiring independent contractors to kill and dispose of them. As long the government wasn't using public services it helped take the heat off the international communities disdain for the practice.

Indonesias population is 237M and Malaysia is 28M.

I have looked into beef prices in Indonesia and the prices are insane. Somalis need to find way to enter the Asian markets and especially the Muslim majority nations like Malaysia and Indonesia to offer cheaper feeder cows.
