Why is that even a thing? They killing each other over territory and neighbourhoods that don’t even belong to them, instead of uniting over somalinimo. Even the girls here fight each other to the point of concussions over petty sh*t. It’s really sad.

You’re right yes, it’s just I don’t live in a rich neighborhood so it’s really what I see around me. Most somalis in my city aren’t necessarily rich

Not entirely false But that is a huge generalization, a lot of Somali youths here are actually doing well for themselves recently. Lots of them are getting their degrees and getting good jobs. Yes there is a big gang violence problem but InshaAllah things will get better.
