And South Korea has gangs. They're just part of the government. Who needs gangs when the government is as corrupt as it is. All you need to do is start a cult, recruit lonely people (they're everywhere), make them pay you, get rich and start a company, and now you're a mini chaebol and can "work" with the government.

Korea and Japan “normal” lol hell nah. They got low crime rates cool but they’re camera shutters every time they take a pic cuz there’s a bunch of pervs. Also crime is underreported cuz it’s taboo to bring shame upon the family. Extremely Confucian and fucked up societies just go on YouTube and find a vid about South Korea and you’ll see how cooked their society is. Lowest birth rates, highest rate of suicide.
