The short stated aim of the Somalia conference due to be held in London is as follows according to the UK government website for the 2017 conference.
“On 11 May 2017, the UK will host a major international conference in London, to accelerate progress on security sector reform and agree the new international partnership needed to keep Somalia on course for increased peace and prosperity by 2020”

I think by now not a single sane person would dare argue that the UK has Somalia best interest at heart and hence the conscious mind would inquire what is the true purpose of this conference then?
Not a single website is reporting this or even has a clue, not a single of the many political analyst on twitter is talking about this, BUT everyone is suspicious and wary nevertheless, which wasn't the case when I posted back in 2012 on Somaliaonline a lengthy article about this and was even banned as a result.
Sabotage! The Real Agenda of the Conference
The clues are in the dates and the so called "accelerate security sector" on the agenda! All the heavy increase in explosions in Xamar are not by accident, neither is the sudden actions by the Ethiopian's to leave their position so that the terrorist they fund together take over much of the country to make the headlines before the conference begins and undermine the government and stress the whole 'security sector' on the agenda.
The Reasons?
This is classic British tactic done by design to sabotage the 2.8 billion New Deal Development fund for Somalia and to strong arm Farmaajo's government into signing documents that will allocate the majority of that fund towards the "security apparatus"on the agenda instead, which will of course be their own parasite consultants along with Ethiopia to fight the very terrorist they fund in the first place, a classic problem/reaction/solution double whammy scam.
Background to this new deal for Somalia
The New Deal for Somalia was endorsed at the Brussels Conference on 16 September 2013. The New Deal movement goes back to an initiative taken at the
fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness held in November 2011 in Busan, Korea, where the g7+3 group of 19 fragile and conflict-affected countries, development partners, and international organizations came up with a concept tailored to build peaceful states and societies out of the challenging situation in fragile contexts.

How The Somali's Gallantly United and Fought Back
I have sat down with several Somali's that have been dealing with this new deal and I have a uncle that's at the forefront of this for several years, they have all finally grasped the great scam/hurdles put forth by the UK/Ethiopia/Kenya Axis for all those years.
They have been working independent of them with the UN and various other countries, they have managed to put together a full Somalia development plan for every federal state, a full report and breakdown what every region needs on per city/village basis, everything from water/electricity/roads etc. almost like a bible in book form absolute treasure trove to lo and behold.
They have finally all began to all work together with each other rather then against each other which was the case all the years before (Advise came from Turkey and it was guiding this from the embassy), the federal states would even fill in for each other in meetings.
The British Ethiopian Axis Sabotage and their worries
This is why Keating and previously Gabre have been attending virtually all the meetings paranoid at this, Brigadier General Berhe Tesfaye serves a similar role in Somaliland as those funds include developments for Somaliland as well.
I won't exhaust you with all the tricks played to ensure the funds were not released from the world bank for development but one of them during the federal state process was to deliberately appoint puppets to outright rob the money which failed.
Plan B was activated to appoint capital cities in the new federal states were the state leaders or his parliaments could not move to nor even visit which is the number one requirement for the funds to be released as per new deal agreement for each federal state.
Hence Buale was appointed for J/land which Madoobe can't visit controlled by their terrorist proxy, Dhuusamareeb was appointed for Galmudug which no one could visit controlled by Ethiopian proxy ASWJ.
Baraawe was appointed for South-West which Sakiin until very recently couldn't visit and is still too dangerous with the parliament still in Baidoa, controlled by their terrorist proxy. The same Story in Hiirshabelle, their leader and parliament is not in the capital. For P/land territorial disputes are used with Galmudug and Somaliland to ensure the funds are not released to them either until they are resolved.
Dates of the Conferences not by Accident!
Look at the dates below, it's done by design before the President has a chance to settle in and is still learning about the Ins and Outs, hence they want to catch them totally unaware! when they are most easy to con!

The Good News
Farmaajo has been prepped very well by all and briefed on this, the great bible that all the states have drawn (Somalia development Plan) he will be carrying this to the conference and vowed not to deviate a single inch from it, they were hoping to catch him by surprise! but Inshaallah a bigger surprise awaits them and I think they know this hence the relentless bombings and funding oppositions.
There is reports the British troops in Somalia has now been increased with also additional American's deployed their, this is not done by coincidence, neither is the ridiculous INCREASE in explosions that are happening in Xamar.
It's all done by design because the conference agenda is to "increase security" and what a better way to coerce him to sign but to have a ridiculous increase of bombings all of a sudden and shabab taking over large swathes of the country, so development is thrown out and security becomes the focus which the Somali troops won't see a penny of it.
This is why the Ethiopian troops have suddenly upon British orders vacated many fronts Ahead of this Conference.
