Hell yes it will benefit somalis, Ethiopia is currently damming the sources of Jubba and Shabelle rivers which are vital for Somalia. Don’t forget Ethiopia continuosly meddles in Somalias internal affairs, this artificial country should balkanise completely.

Refugees will go to Kenya or Sudan, you guys really think they would come to Somalia, come on guys, be serious.
